10:10/13:10 頭盔安全帶穿著講解 ; 飛索+沿繩下降講解及示範
Briefing on:
How to wear equipment properly
Techniques on abseiling and demonstration
Techniques on zip lining and demonstration
10:45/13:30 開始活動 (飛索、沿繩下降) Participants to experience all two activities
12:50/15:50 裝備收拾及個人物品整理 Wrap up by packing up equipment and organize personal belongings
13:00/16:00 解散 Dismiss
